Why should I use Sercon People?
We are Scotland’s newest and fastest growing agency, offering candidates a wide range of positions. We will provide you with a highly personal service, tailored specifically to your individual needs to find you the right position as quickly as possible.

How much will it cost me to use Sercon People?
Absolutely nothing. We offer a free service to all candidates. Instead we make our money by charging our clients a fee for the Temporary Workers Services.

At what stage would you check my references?
We would only reference check your current employer if you have given us permission to do so, or after you have resigned from your current post.

When would I get paid?
You would be paid weekly, one week in arrears on a Friday.

What about holidays?
All our temps are allowed a maximum of 28 days (5.6 weeks) paid holiday per year.  Our holiday year runs from 1st April - 31 March.

Would I have a contract?
You would be engaged on a Flexible Contract for Services for Temporary Workers.  (see Terms of Engagement for more information)

What about other agencies?
You can be registered with as many agencies as you like under the Flexible Contract for Services for Temporary Workers.
